This is the Roster of Original Characters, or R.O.O.C. for short.
This pack will be solely dedicated to Original Characters from other people who wish to see them make their appearance within Ring Racers!
Consider this pack a sort of branch or off-shoot of A.R.K. Pack, as it will be just as random as that one. Only with Original Characters.
