Mail uses her EN dub voice (Melissa Gulden), from infamous localisation group Working Designs' dub of the Mega CD port. I might look into a JP dub option in the future, likely using that neat JP Dub lua script available on the MB - but I can't understand much Japanese, so finding fitting clips in the game's voice test might prove difficult.
