Plasma Metal Sonic 1.0

missed opportunity to call it "Plasmetal"

Plasma Metal Sonic (who I will shorten to Plasma for simplicity) was a fun character in bursts. While the glowing design is cool and being able to keep some speed when using the hover ability.

Plasma's immunity to almost any base enemy makes him more overpowered if you put badnik bouncing and speed runs together. But besides those two positives, the character is just really just mediocre.
