Patchouli got word from Koakuma that Remilia, Sakuya, Flandre, Hong, and Cirno are out karting w/ Sonic and friends and she isn't too happy about them not inviting her. So she decides to take matters into her own hands by joining in on the fun! Hope she told Koakuma to keep an eye on the library while she's gone so that Marisa doesn't come in and steal some books.
Due to her poor health, being slightly overweight, and overall isolation, her stats are 4 speed, referencing her status as a boss in Embodiment of Scarlet Devil, and 6 weight, referencing the Touhou game she first appeared in. She may not be as fast as the other residents of the SDM, but she has what it takes to take the gold!
I wanted her to be in Kart for the longest time and it became a reality thanks to a commission from the amazing Evil Sonic, so please show them some support!
