Stella shoots for the stars in SRB2Kart!
Stella is a character from my own personal passion project yet to be made game / series "Stellar Star" but as of posting this she is just a personal character of mine.
Updates:
Version 1.0: initial release
Version 1.01: Changed her "gfx_prefix" from "STAR" to "STEL" just in case the mod conflicts with other characters with the same prefix.
