While I wish I was able to do more characters for this update, I felt that the changes I had made were enough to where I felt comfortable releasing it anyway.
NEW CHARACTERS:
Two new characters join the roster: Amitie (2/4) as she appears in Puyo Pop Fever, and Mary (4/5) from the Pop'n Music series! The specifics are in the overview, but these two are some I'm particularly proud of.
NEW FOLLOWERS:
A whopping five new followers are included: Moe Creature, The Collector from LittleBigPlanet, Dino from Pop'n Music, the Walking Talking Man from Sparkle On Raven, and Fireboy from Beatmania IIDX!
ADJUSTMENTS:
A big part of why I released this early, a lot of v1's content has been adjusted in one way or another. Click the spoiler to see what I changed!

Got rid of a few instances of duplicate symmetrical angles on otherwise asymmetrical characters.
Removed a few stray pixels on some of Athena's sprites
Gray shades on Nyami & Mimi and MZD have been adjusted for more contrast and parity with Mary.
MZD's face on A2/A8 angles and Athena's headband on back angles have been slightly redrawn.
Recolorable shades for Sackboy and Athena have been remapped to work better across a variety of skincolors. As a result of this, their default colors are now Brown and Blossom respectively.
Athena's purple shades has been remapped to use more vibrant colors.
Two of Athena's lower-quality voice lines from Capcom vs. SNK 2 have been replaced with higher-quality voice lines from King of Fighters All Star.
The DDR Arrow follower has been slightly redrawn for better accuracy to the DDR games.
Munkshroom has received a hurt animation.
While the amount of new stuff isn't quite as big as last time, I am happy to announce that there's more to come in the future! Until next time!
Draco's turning sprites were inverted by mistake, this should hopefully be the last hotfix I have to make till I finish v2. Have fun with this perfected version of OrangePack v1!
Right before the mod got approved, I noticed a teeny-tiny error regarding Athena's back sprites. If you downloaded in the few minutes between approval and now, please redownload. Sorry for the inconvenience!
