[Open Assets] No Online Emblems/Unlocks v1.0.3

made the messages that say unlocks & emblems are disabled only appear for you when you join the server

-Added clarification to the player upon joining a netgame that the addon does what it does.
-Re-named the addon

Made the addon be less confusing. Before, it made emblems still show up on maps, but it didn't let you keep them; now they don't show up on maps anymore.
