Nav's Map Pack! 1.6

Not only did I have to hotfix, I completely updated Mystic Cave.

• Hydro City Zone
  • I added some signage to Hydrocity and fixed a bunch of minor visual bugs, may have also fixed the ramp where you can fall through the world while boosting but don't quote me on that >.>
• Ice Cap Zone
  • Added signs and boost signs to ice cap.
  • Added upper wall to ice cap.
  • Fixed the missing Death Zone
  • Revamped lighting for easier pathing and shadows.
  • Fixed some minor visual bugs.
• Mystic Cave Zone
  • Fixed the wall.
    
    Songs are credited in music defs, I dont know what more information I could add about them to a Musicinfo file... The information in musicdefs is all the information I have, could someone clarify? (I also asked on discord)

Small fix to hydrocity zone collision.

Released Hydrocity Zone

Lots of small fixes. Smoothed out track, fixed some bugs, audio repair, etc.
