[Open Assets] MobyDrivers Pack 7.0 Peak Blue OC (and 4 Ports)

Hello! This Update adds 8 characters, 4 of them ports. Told you I was going to port some more, also updated it to show if a character is a port, or if they swear or is generally a content warning (one of the new ones fits the bill). The New Characters are Scout, Mae, Boom, and Mobykong (me :) ). The Ported Characters are Crystal, Dumpling, Stupid Rat, and Umbra. Crystal is one of my SRB2Kart characters that I never got around to releasing so she has a signpost in a different style, Umbra has something similar with a Death sprite in a different style as well.

Hello! This update adds 2 new racers and resprites 2 others as well.
The new characters are Quincy from Bloons Tower Defense 6 and a Mountain.
Scooter and Queen of Hatred have new sprites for them.

Changes:
Scooter now has highlights on his ears now and shading adjustments to his boots
Sir Fuzzy has a minor sprite tweak and shading adjustments to his shoes

Hello!
This update adds 2 new racers, Sir Fuzzy Logik and Dewy, being a new character and a resprite respectively.
Sir Fuzzy Logik is 1 speed 8 weight while Dewy remains the same as he was in SRB2K with 3 speed 5 weight.
BongBong and Ethan now have the SSIG, Ethans signpost got a fix for the outline of his hair not changing color. What does the SSIG mean? it means they have the SSIG.
