Hello and welcome to my first ever SRB2K mod! Jeff was pretty fun to make, so I hope you enjoy playing as him!
The character, Jeff, was made by me (in other words he's my oc)! For some backstory, Jeff is a prototype of an evil robot used for a scheme to take over the world. However, he was thrown out because his sentience AI wasn't good enough. However, some people eventually found him and gave him a better, more nice AI instead. They also gave him 2013 mlg humor, for some reason (if you look closely, you can see him wearing one of those OBEY caps)
His voice clips were also recorded by yours truly, as well.
Thanks to some of my friends for helping me get footage for this mod (even if it means absolutely destroying them in game.)
