irregular breadstick's baker certified character pack V3

-Added (technically backported...) Servbot :D
-Feli is now v1.2 (Changed her rank icon AGAIN)

I'll probably work on porting all characters here (except serv obviously) to DRRR next.

File names actually make sense now.
(there are already 4x more updates to this resource than there should be when will i release something in working order)

-Added Alter Ecolo (or i guess unusual ecolo but i think alter is the official translation)
-Sig is now v1.5 (seriously, no more changes after this)

edit: i realised the filename doesn't actually make sense anymore since there are three characters but am to lazy to fix it

Again, not a new character but just some edits I made to improve quite a few icons and sprites.
(Sig is now v1.4 and Feli is v1.1)

Simply fixed a 'bad sprite name' error I had accidentally overlooked in the individual files. Nothing has actually changed. Real update soon maybe :)
