Inverse Wave Pack Version 1.3

-Added 1 new OC character: Ivy

-Slight tweaks to Aqua Bomber and Ribombee's sprites
-Aqua Bomber's preferred color is now aqua instead of cerulean

Added 3 new characters:
-Ribombee, the Bee Fly Pokemon, has entered the race (Speed 9, Weight 2);
-Osstax, the Faerie-Bone magical monster(s), have entered the race, somehow... (Speed 1, Weight 7);
-Gregg, Mae's best friend, has left the Snack Falcon for the umpteenth time and entered the race (Speed 6, Weight 5).

Updated Aqua Bomber's sprites.

Add-on name changed from "Aqua Bomber" to "Inverse Wave Pack", as she is no longer the only racer here.
-As such, the spoiler name is changed to "3rd Party", and characters are now grouped into waves (each containing six characters).
