[Open Assets] Hangout tools 1.4

this update adds support for the upcoming quickmenu addon, which is currently awaiting approval. using hangouttools with quickmenu will give the addon a basic menu for common commands, making it easier to use, although only a subset of the addon's feature will be accessible via the menu, so the commands will still be more useful for less common settings.

this update also fixes a lua warning when someone inputs a non-numeric value into pace.

NOTE: this was done last version (i forgot to mention it), but since these scripts are now integrated into The Gaming Den, it's now licensed under the Apache License 2.0. this won't matter to you if you just use it, but if you intend to modify it or use any of the code for your own projects, make sure to read the license to get an understanding on what you have to do before you can release it!

this is an update that has been held off for very long due to how delayed 2.2.14. as such, it's a large update, with much more configurability, new commands, and other improvements. full list of changes:

• new commands: return, getallemeralds, resetemeralds, autojump and autospin. you may recognize the last two commands from one of my earlier addons.
• command limits can now be configured using minscale, maxscale, maxweight and maxspeed.
• you can now teleport to bots with the tpto command.
• all custom sound effects have been changed to something more appropriate.
• emeralds are no longer given automatically by this scripts. super cannot be used until all of them is obtained, either by playing the game as usual or using the getallemeralds command.
• numerous bugs have been fixed.

3 new commands have been added: `pace`, `jumpheight` and `knockback`. check the overview for more information on these commands.

this update mainly involves bug fixes.

• the addon should no longer tamper with lance-a-bot statues (leftover from the gaming den scripts).
• fixed inconsistent state if requesting a teleport to someone that already has a teleport request.
• teleport requests can no longer be spammed.
• unused leftovers from the gaming den scripts have been removed.
