[Open Assets] Controller UI Expansion v1.4

-Works correctly in 2.4 now.
-Replaces Generic HUD instead of the Saturn one.
-A few new graphics were added for edge-case scenarios.
-Minor touch-ups.

-Removed inlines. Looks cleaner now.

• Added the Dreamcast controller.

That's it, that's the update, go nuts.

• Now uses a different, prettier shade of purple.
• Erroneous black pixels removed.
• Buttons are now formatted properly and don't go transparent when you're moving
• Adjusted controller proportions to be less stupid-looking
