Okay so basically, this lua/soc adds a monitor that can spawn fireworks, recommended for new year or
any holidays.
You can spawn a monitor by pressing CUSTOM 2, It works with all characters.
Also make sure to use the fireworks OUTSIDE, these fireworks are almost the same as the real ones, be careful.
