[Open Assets] Demon Cup v3.1

• Fixed one of Slash's drifting/glancing frames.
• Fixed one pixel on Slash's head that was unintentionally transparent on A5 angles.
• Ran Slash SFX through a limiter.
  • Volume should be more consistent between voice lines now, with boost/victory lines being the most drastic changes.
• Exported with an updated Kart Builder to fix various offsets.
  • Peregrine and Kamuy already had the correct offsets due to Kartmaker, so no change was made to them.

Added Slash Kamei (E, 5/6), using his Snowboard Kids 1 design.
Expect the first courses, "Bunny Slope Zone" (Section) and "Cross Town" (Battle), in the near future.

• Kamuy, a samurai from Filled With Online, joins the race.
• Adjusted Peregrine's drifting sprites.
• Fixed Incubus's Bane having a couple wrong angles.
• Aside from the "Control Card" follower this is the end of the FWO content. Tabletop favoritism is over!
