[Open Assets] Custom Tweaks 3.0

I decided to remove some of the functions in this script to make it compatible with Many Minor Tweaks by EeveeEuphoria. All the tweaks present in Many Minor Tweaks were removed from this script, only the exclusive ones were kept. Here's a detailed list of the changes:

• Better flying characters
• Spin Steering
• Spin Uncurl and Air Recurl
• Coyote Time
• Token to Rings
• Super Forms for everyone

===Unchanged===

• Slope launch animation
• Multiplayer Special Stage respawn
• Dash Ghosts and Dash Mode for Sonic, Tails and Knuckles
• Homing Attack for Sonic and Metal
• Better gliding characters
• Players can exit minecarts
• Robots don't drown or suffocate
