Custom Super Color v1.3 (NiGTHS & DREAMS)

I have remembered that NiGTHS mode is a thing, so...
Now your flashy anthropomorphic hedgehog will use your custom Super color in NiGTHS stages!

! The Super color preview will no longer show the Super sprites of characters with the SF_NOSUPERSPRITES flag (Characters like Ralsei from DeltaChars use their Super sprites for other stuff. That's why this HAD to be fixed!)

+ Added color fading when transforming

! Changed the Super Setup menu's color preview skin to adapt to player's skin
! Changed the Super Setup menu's color preview walking animation to be based off from a custom timer instead of leveltime
! Changed the Super colors used for teams (Red/Blue -> Garnet/Sapphire)
! Changed how custom flashing animations work
! Fixed the Super flashing animation for custom colors
! Fixed a BIG failure where the Super Setup menu would not work if your current skincolor did not have an opposite color
! Fixed the Super color being nil if the loaded color did not existed

? Removed and replaced an unnecessary function (CSC_ConvertToLowercase -> string.lower)

2.2.15's Shield button removal caught me off-guard...
