CD enters the race! A true rebel with unlimited energy, with a speed of 6 and a weight of 4 he's a quick but well-balanced driver.

SFX are all edited samples from the Fatboy Slim - Skip to my Loops sample CD.
- V1.1: rebalanced SFX to be less overly loud, fixed some voicelines that weren't showing up in-game.
- V1.2: All sprites adjusted to be able to change palettes in-game.
