Bomberman! by Pulsie❤ 1.3.1

PK3's v1.3.1: Replaced an incorrect voice clip for Burol.

MDL's v1.3.1: Overhauled Deral's model and texture and corrected an error on Dark Rose's face when driving and turning.

v1.3: Added 6 new characters: Burol, Dark Rose, Gray, Pommy, Miniskirt Police
Bomber, and Honey-chan.

Some fixes have been made to existing characters:
* Corrected the left hand on Plasma Bomber and Pretty Bomber's
front-facing sprites, and a lingering grey pixel from the seat
near the kart pedal on the frontal angled sprites
(each character upgraded to v1.2).
* Corrected a lingering grey pixel from the seat near the kart
pedal on the frontal angled sprites for Machbon, Combatant #15,
Deral, Daruman, BAZ, Bomberman (both variants), Smuggler,
and Cutie Bomber (each character upgraded to v1.1; Cutie Bomber,
Bomberman, and Smuggler upgraded to v1.2).

v1.25: Added 5 new characters: Machbon, Combatant #15, Deral, Daruman, and BAZ. Both sprites and 3D models are included.

The previous 5 characters have all been modified:

• The positioning of squashed frames for Pretty Bomber and Plasma Bomber has been fixed.
• Minor alteration to Plasma Bomber's toe on northeast/northwest frames.
• Fixed some of Cutie Bomber's frames, which had leftover bits from Bomberman in them.
• Corrected improperly-paletted dark green pixels on Bomberman (both versions), Plasma Bomber, Pretty Bomber, and Cutie Bomber.
• Corrected transparent outlines on Smuggler's head.
• In the MD3 pack, an error on PLASBOMB_blend.png was corrected.
