Blue Heaven

Blue Heaven v0.7.2

Fixed Arid Ruins not having level select pics, d'oh.
Quick patch to revert the gamedata to the previous one. I changed it thinking that the new zones would break the old gamedata, but it seems fine enough and I wouldn't want people to lose progress.
Sorry for taking so long to release a fix to the MWZ2 softlock, I'm a forgetful person. This update also adds Arid Ruins Zone, a zone intended for the pack that never made it into a full release (but did make it into a 2.0 port that I don't know the author of) which was released across OLDCs in the 00s.

I had some more plans for this pack but I've lost the creative drive to work on this any further, so this is probably the final release.
Due to my poor decision making, I decided it would be a good idea to release a level pack incompatible with the latest version and expect people to run an unstable version of the game. While I will release all future versions for v2.2.11+, I've decided to release a version compatible with v2.2.10 that reverts the UDMF conversion while porting all map fixes over.
This version fixes some title card code jank, which I deemed important enough to just release as-is. Consider this a v2.2.2 situation, if that's a relevant reference 3 years later. Don't expect regular updates, since for now this port is complete.

Also updated the thread to link a build of next + SDL so people aren't confused. Thanks, Othius.

I worked on the pack a little bit more after v0.6 was "done", so here's a day one patch containing the following fixes:
  • fixed Sound Test tracks all having an identical BPM
  • fixed v2.2 decoration being used instead of legacy v1.09.4 decoration (flowers, bushes, and snowmen)
  • ported the pre-v2.2 title cards (which I had lying around for SRB2 The Past months ago but never used)
  • fixed title screen demos playing when they shouldn't
  • Cool!
