this mod is now an open asset with permission from toykyle himself!! it also has the port prefix now. that's all

- Credited whitesky in the MAINCFG. This only occured to my mind after submitting the mod. God damnit
- Fixed console errors stemming from a few lines not being tagged as comments in the MAINCFG
