[Open Assets] Asymmetrical templates for fickleheart's Kartmaker 1.6

-Fixed r1-r8 (thanks pulsie for pointing out the erronous values).

Well i believe that it should be bug free now. Sorry if i caused any extra headaches.

-Fixed the front and back aligment of o and p
-Fixed q1-q5
-Made the panel accurate when a bit afar(?)
