I forgot to get rid of the gap that made the looping bad
again

The song is COMPLETELY different, using sonic 3's actual soundfont in my style. Should still work I think maybe

After receiving a reply from a judge, I have now decreased the quality of my music for better compatibility with netplay. And now it takes up barely any space, which is better than those lua-heavy mods that could take up heaps of space.

Changelog for v1.1:
- Converted the sound format over to .ogg so that the file took up less space
- Fixed the looping problems with the big gap at the end of the song
- Got rid of the filename convention, as it was not needed.
