I've finally decided to release my set of characters for Ring Racers.

New character:
- Shirley Fennes from Tales of Legendia joins in, she has the same speed and weight as Tails (referencing the fact that they both share the same VA)

Other changes:
- Fixed the shading on Luxcie's eyes to be more consistent
- Shirley now replaces NiGHTS as one of Luxcie's rivals

Well, i could do that, and come up with another way for the player to easily see the color a player is using for her in multiplayer

It would probably be better to just leave the outline be the default white, like the base roster.

- as suggested by mania123, Wonder Momo's character select/placing icon's outline is now white like the rest of the characters, using Wonder Momo's hair color as a getaround attempt for the color indication thing to be more noticeable

6.1.0 (GwinBee hotfix)

Bugfixes:
- Fixed a reported issue (through a DM on Discord) where the game crashed upon loading the pack, seems like Sin Cama's DRRR templates (i originally used one of them to make GwinBee) don't seem to work for some users, so GwinBee had to be redone. Hopefully this'll work and make up for it, sorry!
