Ver. 2.1.0 update (Pac 'n Pooka shading hotfix)

General changes:
- Fixed Pac-Man and Pooka's shading because i think it looked so weird, especially Pac-Man's.

-Tweaked Luxcie's placement/character select icon in an attempt to match Shirley's

Ver. 2.0.0 update (Shirley Fennes from Tales of Legendia)

New character:
- Shirley Fennes from Tales of Legendia joins in, she has the same speed and weight as Tails (referencing the fact that they both share the same VA)

Other changes:
- Fixed the shading on Luxcie's eyes to be more consistent
- Shirley now replaces NiGHTS as one of Luxcie's rivals
