XWE won't work...

Whenevere I go to XWE, an error pops up and then this error comes up.


List index out of bounds (0)

And if I click on too many things while having this error, it locks up,meaning I can never close it,until I shut down my computer.

Anyone know how to fix this?

You know, instead of creating a hundred new topics, you could at the very least continue to post in an existing one.

Also, can you be a bit more specific? What did you do after you started XWE that made the error come up? That error has never happened to me.

All I did was click on it and this happens

Failed to create key wad_auto_file\Defaulticon.

Then after that another one.

List index out of bounds (0)

And whenever I try to make a file this error comes up.

I/O error 6

And also if I tryed too many times it LOCKS UP. I can never close it, due to this error

And I can't even open a thing in XWE due to these errors...

Thats pretty much it. Does it have to be in my SRB2 folder? Which folder?

Never helps. After they awnser the first question, they never post there again. And this has happened to me like 10 times

XWE does not need to be in the folder in which SRB2 is located. I have it there for easy access, as I have my WADs are in there.

You don't get it. He's making new topics regardless if his question has been answered or not. That just gets irritating after a while.
