Why are there 2 Wind Shield Box Sprites?

I always been wondering why are there 2 Wind Shield Box sprites under different names?

The names are these... (Box & Icon.)

WHTVA0 & WHTVB0
WRTVA0 & WRTVA0

WHTVA0 and WRTVA0 have the same Wind Shield Box, and WRTVA0 and WRTVA0 have the same Wind Icon.

I kinda didn't know what forum to put this in.
