Where can i get a SRB2 builder?

Got it. its been downloaded,

But 1 error came up. everytihng works fine but I do not know about the error...

Note: I had to put it in a new folder to make this work,in the default kind it has alot of ERRORS.

Download that file from dll-files.com. If you can't find it, try using google.

Hell if I know. But Doom Builder obviously needs it if it won't start up without it.

It does start up....WITHOUT THAT FILE.

I made a Level already.

Maybe I got a file that starts it up?
