When I Create Ring Races Server Other Guy Cant Join it

one day i create RR's server,tell my friend to join it,but my friend send this

i check my network all setting and my port,but not found Error
i find Server list ,but my server info is

and use server list's ip i cant join it(when i use other "unreachable" server ip can join)
