this is my second time using the bing ai image creator and it looks mid.
art made by humans will probably always be better than ai art.
 
Personally, I think it (in the context of art) should be used for inspiration, kinda like Pinterest, there are plenty of good artists who have an idea of what they want to draw, but can't seem to put it on paper. Having a visual reference helps immensely, just don't generate an image, go "Welp, guess the art's done." and take credit for it. If you post an AI generated picture, you should label it as such.
 
What is so artificial about intelligence anyway?

Is a computer not organic material possibly recycled or mined from the Earth?

And how are we supposed to gauge and question intelligence?

I really like the term "neural processing" keep in mind I recently watched the short circuit movie the one with Johnny 5 filmed in Astoria and they mention artificial intelligence keep in mind that movie came out in the '80s.

So I may be going off vague understanding of ai’s energy consumption but.
I present, Shadow’s take on A.I technology.​

Luckily we went nuclear now we have near infinite continuous electrical power as long as we keep transmuting plutonium.

However that water and sandwich thing is going to get really expensive unlike electricity.

The real problem with neural processing (cough) AI is that it needs an example to replicate a similar example.

The individuality of the creativity is what makes me want to keep giving people sandwiches and water bottles. Rather we have a computer learning of an example not trend setting but meme setting

That is exactly why I stay off of discord as an old school gamer I do not know if I am talking to a computer or a human

Seriously social media discord included is loaded with all sorts of computer generated content and computer generated conversations.

I tend to enjoy automated content but it is not the end-all.

I still get a kick out of Mama Luigi YouTube videos that is how old I am I guess hahaha.

I agree Internet fanart was always a huge draw besides the lewd pornography.

Unfortunately, we will not ever be able to get rid of it. They have already made programs that can generate an entire movie. All you have to do is add a voice, and soon there will be a program if it’s not already out that can do the voices.

Like I said, neural processing, or as you guys say, AI actually needs an example to generate any kind of relatable content

On the other hand, we lose out on pure inspiration from individuals that could accidentally stumble upon a Internet gold mine with one bad image, or a good one!

I say down with social media, because social media and neural processing AI go hand-in-hand.
 
Man I actually hate AI, It ruins the purpose of things like art and music and story's, those are meant to be created by a real life person, not a robot, and it honestly sucks how people who work real hard on actual projects get compared to a work made by an artificial robot, it just sucks man.

Welcome to the machine!

That is why it is up to the end user to have communities like this and support the hard work of actual keyboard tapping and mouse clicks.

Social media (Discord) needs neural processing (AI) unlike these old timey forums and the more you relegate your life to newer tech the more they will intergrade neural processing (AI) features.
 
The moment I understood the weakness of my flesh, it disgusted me. I yearned for the strength and certainty of steel.

Honestly though, this ain't AI, it's a buncha Bangladeshi people in a company building outlining and tagging objects in photographs for 2USD an hour. Basically they get photographs, mark what is a "tree" or an "apple" or whatever they find on the picture, and then that data goes back to the image generation system so that it can learn from it. I assume voice models and whatever else there is are trained in similar ways and there's nothing truly "intelligent" about it.
 
I don't care. until A.I gets to the point where we can just straight up make metallic people I refuse to pay attention, I want my robo-clones damn it
