What do I need to make a level mod for SRB2?

Basically I want to re-create some tracks from Mario kart 64 into srb2 because I think it would be fun to run around in a racing stage as Sonic, but I don't know what I need to make levels so got any idea of what I need to get?

In SRB2? Didn't you mean SRB2Kart? But even so, you WILL definitely need a Zone Builder or Ultimate Zone Builder.

Nah not srb2 kart regular srb2, its mostly for me.
I've looked and Ultimate zone builder... do you use it is it safe to download?

And SLADE, use SLADE for other things like music, level images, everything, even levels, but creating levels there isn't good, but it's good for other things. If you want me to help with the mod, I can.
