Weird glitch at the top of the screen

I think this speaks for itself, only happens in opengl. Not sure if this is something I indirectly did or what.

Lemme guess: you picked 1920x1200? Some resolutions display funny depending on what your computer can display. Pick a different resolution.

You don't need to change the resolution.

To fix this, do this:
1. Right-click on srb2win.exe.
2. Click "properties."
3. Go to "compatibility."
4. Click "Change high DPI settings."
5. Enable this option.

Nothing's happened.. It still does the glitch to me here...

Make sure you're using the resolution that corresponds to your monitor.
