Waffle's (Fan) Kids of the Future Pack (Ring Racers Edition) - 2 fankids for heroes of the Sonic and Megaman cast join the race!

Please enjoy my and my friend's fan characters, if you like. They are mostly for my and my friends' personal uses, but anyone is free to enjoy them! Maybe I'll try my hand doing some more official or fan characters one of these days, but for now, just these two.

1.1

• Changes Tangie's stats to Speed 2, Weight 3 to have more variety in between the two characters playstyles, and because I always imagined Tangie as more of a "fly" type than "speed" type anyway.
• Changes both characters' type to "Machine".
• Adds alternate signposts for working designs.
