CONTAINS:
- gbshader: Dithered 4-color monochrome display.
- crtshader: Scanlines.
- postersizeshader: Makes the colors hideous. Based on the "Posterize" filter in image editors.
- footfix: A small vertex shader that works around feet clipping into the ground in GL

Skydomes don't take the sky shader for some reason. You can turn gr_skydome off for the full effect
