Technically not, but that's just SRB2 being funny with how it's rendering things, so don't mind it.

I didn't even know he was from another mod before SRB2. I guess that's interesting.
Sort of. His moveset in SM64 actually came from this mod, just the SM64 mod released first. However, the swimming was added to SRB2 Veph after the fact, and that was based on his SM64 incarnation.
 
Quite the tough character to control, mainly due to him bouncing off walls and SRB2 current level design just being too cramped from such overpowered characters like these, but otherwise he's yet another fun new OC addition and will definitely be going into my character randomizer rotation! If he had a mid-air move that cancels the wall bouncing, that'd be awesome. Did a PB speedrun that I'm sure could be a lot better.

Edit: Here's a run with the SRB2Thicc mod. Amazing how much wide levels actually makes a difference! Got a much lower time with the freedom of open space.

I found a bug: using Water Drive maintains PF_DRILLING permanently until you allow Slime Tail to finish its animation.
