Looking at other zones, the emblem information seems to be jumbled or something, emblems I collected were not collected and visa versa. This could be a typo in the SOC script or it could be due to lines being misplaced (which could happen if copy/paste operations were used).

I personally find SOC in general harder to read through than Lua so bugs slipped through on my stuff after testing, I do not know if this is also the case for Othius. I am sure a fix will come though.

The hub's music is broken in the 2.2.10 prerelease because MusicSlot compatibility was removed. You will need to update the hub's level header.
