okay so it seems to me only when i have opengl on the game starts to freak out
now i can see why 2.0 had a warning of opengl crashing your pc

OpenGL has a tendency not to display properly if you aren't using your display's native resolution. Try using other resolutions in OpenGL and see if you can find one that displays correctly.

i won't really use opengl altogether tbh, it's kinda hard to add models for mods in the 3d models or i'm just really lazy
