Two Lovely New Things

Okay, a couple additional things now that I'm awake:

- We keep prereleases localized to Discord because that makes it easier to communicate with community testers. I don't mind if you guys spread the link around or archive the build, but we will not be checking the message board for posts about the prerelease outside of the Bug Reports forum.

- We did a test of the new message board last month and it looked like all threads were carried over successfully. The only real difference will be that the releases system will be overhauled, but I'll explain that after we're done setting it up.
