I'm actually curious on whether this is allowed. Not to discourage your work of course (Toontown is absolutely goated) but I can't help but feel like this possibly circumvents the current mandate on Ring Racers mods? It certainly works based on the preview gifs and maybe the rules are different for cross-compatible mods like this, but it is certainly a little odd. (Not to imply you did anything wrong, by the way. It's just a curious circumstance.)
