RedBun updated Thomas The Tank Engine in Ring Racers with a new update entry:

Percy The Small Engine & Other Goodies

Yep! that's right! Percy The Small Engine is now in Ring Racers to go along-side Thomas!

Stats: Speed: 9, Weight: 8
Rivals: Sonic, Thomas RS, Thomas GC
Voice Actor: Robin Smith

On top of that, everything now comes in one .pk3 file for the convenience (and chaos)

Two new followers were added! Those being ERTL Thomas and ERTL Edward!

New joke portraits were added to the two Thomas' as well.

Hopefully this update is worth it!
