[Thokker] Petroleum Refinery

The CoatRack rides again!

Been awhile since I made a level, but with the release of thokker I decided to give mapping for it a spin. 10 or so hours of work later, and here is a nice new map, Petroleum Refinery!

Added pegged textures to the top of the barrier around the skybox.
Added Slope Skrewing to slopes leading to goals.

Tested in a netgame with you. It's barely necessary to say this map is fantastic and I love it and if Red and Boin agree, this is Thokker's Next Release material if you tweak those things I suggested.
