Kinda useful, but can't you just use map quest?

Map Quest doesn't give you an entirely 3D full out representation of Earth, letting you zoom in wherever you want in real time almost as if you were piloting a spaceship down into the atmosphere and hovering over a city.

You also can't view 3D models of buildings in large cities like NYC in MapQuest.

In fact, here's screenshots I took of my home city and NYC if you wanna see the differences.
