Introducing, the Checker Wrecker!

This is a new custom item that may appear during Race and Battle.

It is a large checkered wrecking ball reminiscent of Dr. Robotnik's first battle in the original Sonic genesis game.

It'll crush players and many other things in its path.

Game is cursed I tell ya. Removed MF_SCENERY from the decorative links and chunks. This fixes game hangs that would occur on maps with specific sector effects.

Imagine being able to swing it like a lasso with the chain. Of course it would be above the racer so it wont protect them but it could hit any racers who somehow are above them. It could also indicate what direction it is thrown depending on when in the swing you release it. Just an idea I'm throwing out there.
