SRB2K fps fix PLEASE (fixed)

So recently I've been having random frame drops with srb2k. The thing is I've never had this problem before especially since I mostly play offline. I've tried some fixes that some have recommended like imputing "cpusleep" and well that didn't work. I don't know if it has something to do with the amount of mods I currently have installed but I hope I can find an answer soon.

Also this has been happening with vanilla SRB2 as well

cpusleep don't make performance worse? Nvm, it's pretty complex and don't even know how it's supposed to work

Ok I just had to delete some addons because I had too many that's why it was lagging
