No. He has been talking to Angelo01 (I think that’s the guys name) to use his QTE (aka be a beta tester for it) for his level pack. He’s most likely making tweaks to levels for the QTE’S.

It's that most projects don't have solid release dates usually. Modders can't and don't work on mods full-time (since they're passion projects, duh) and thus usually can't provide accurate release dates due to other things in their lives being more important. (Modern Sonic v6 is a good example.)
I personally don't find it disrespectful to ask for a release date, (unlike almost everyone else) but I do think anyone asking that question has a lack of awareness.

I get it now! Thanks!

I also heard that the reason it might be taking Limo a bit to give us some new pics and stuff is because he's busy replacing the mine-cart rails with GS Rails. He also might be remapping some areas for QTE events.

But if you were planning to make a demo for this level pack
Would you use an older version that still used minecarts for rail grinding as only modern sonic v6 has GS grind rail abilities
Or would you make an extra command that allows us to use GS grind rails with modern Sonic
As a part of the level pack

Yeah because when i checked the GS grind rails section
It said that motdspork already modified modern sonic v6 to work with the mod
But modern sonic v5.12 cant use the boost and has to build up spwed with custom 2
