I LOVE this mod. This is now my favorite too! Just a question tho. Are you porting over the SRB2 Chars mod from SRB2Kart? Is this just you're own thing? And (if you make these guys) are you going to expand the character list from Sonic, Tails, and Metal Sonic? Anyway, this is a peak mod. I love thokking like crazy all over races and such.
 
im doing my own thing but i'll probably get around to doing all of them because it seems really fun (i cant wait to snipe people as Fang)

This is the kind of Sonic racing game I want. Characters on foot. Why does Sonic need a car when he can run just as fast? I know Sonic R wasn't very balanced, but I still liked it. I've been having a blast using the jump and air dash abilities to navigate around the courses easier. I still can't beat a ghost in time trials, but it makes the game more fun for me.

I would love to see more characters on foot, but I don't think they all need unique movesets. I already struggle with some of the more complex characters in SRB2. I think maybe characters should just fall into archetypes like Speed/Flight/Power and they all have the same abilities. So characters like Shadow or Amy could act like SRB2 Sonic with the jump and air dash. Flight characters can press the button in air to maybe charge up an air dash that will let them fly above the track for a little while. Power characters... hmmm maybe their air dash is a small boost forward that will let them pass through obstacles like spikes and stuff?

I'd love to have more custom characters in this game.
