Another Bug Fix

For those that know about the SRB2P modding scene, I fixed Morshu's Slush Fund skill to work with the new version of Echo Fighters.

A known issue is that if you have Spamton and Metal Sonic on the same team, then Spamton's AOA picture (the one that pops up during the animation) will use Metal Sonic's color. Shouldn't be that big a deal, but still...
