All but about two of Noise's sounds are broken and just play placeholder thok sounds instead (hell, even the sound when you select him). For the record, I did test this out without other mods, and I played with all of the abilities turned off.

And, this is just a bit of me spilling out my opinions, but no crazy laugh from the end of the Pizzaface boss fight for his gloat sound!? I'm genuinely surprised it isn't there! Peppino not having his Pizzaface Phase 3 intro scream for his gloat was also surprising. (I could also complain about inconsistent volume, most sounds being generally quiet, long silence at the start of some Noise sounds, ect, but I think I've said enough. Hope this part doesn't come off as rude, just a bit of a weird voice selection IMO)

Fun fact: The character selection sound is one of their item toss sounds, so it's likely just 1 sound placeolder.
(Normally, the thok plays when the character literally tries to play a sound that doesn't exist but is freeslotted.)
 
So, a really fun (and possibly useful?) bit of movement tech you can do as Peppino (idk if you can do it as the Noise, but you prolly can) is if you taunt during a superjump cancel, you can redirect the superjump cancel's momentum to another direction of your choosing (via left or right control stick movement)
