Heya everyone! It's been a very long time since i actually talk here. I haven’t been very productive or not at all during the summer break because of a lot of problems i’ve had these past few months, and i don't really feel like talking about them in detail yet and i'm sorry for leaving the mod on HIATUS without really giving any news. Anyways, i'm not doing this annoucement today to talk about negative stuff…
Today is Speedy Sonic's 5th anniversary! It's been 5 years since development really started, on September 16th, 2021. It went from a mod that was originally supposed to be about my OC (Pika The Hedgehog) to something completely different, based on an idea i had when i was a kid. I want to thank the Speedy Team, my family, my friends… And most importantly, YOU, for being with me throughout all these years. Despite all the problems we’ve had, the mod is still alive today and i’m really happy to have all of you!
To celebrate these 5 years, i put ALL the old versions of Speedy Sonic in a Google Drive, from 1.0 all the way to 2.2 (2.0 is unfortunately Lost Media lol), along with all the old concepts i still had on my old hard drive (with some scrapped stuffs too!). A little video is also coming with all the Fan Arts the community has made! This was originally planned for the 300 subscribers video, but since all the recordings and the editing i had done are just DEAD, I just don’t want to make you wait any longer. You'll still get a video with some gameplay, but it won't be as good as what i originally made. (Speeddash's QnA video is still being worked on their side if everything's fine.)
Anyway, thank you again for all these years! The Speedy Sonic "Adventure" is far from over, and there’s still a lot of stuff from development that you’re going to love once the mod is finished!
